Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and completed products meet quality standard.
Report to Project Teams in all aspect of project on site management – project progress, monitoring, site supervision, checking of materials and workmanship.
Coordinate and oversees all works on the site.
Over all management of labor, plant and materials.
Control and coordination of subcontractors.
Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.
Responsible for periodic progress reports.
Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress claim, interim certificate and issue payment response.
Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project.
5+ years of experience in construction project supervision or management.
