Senior Executive/ Manager (Membership), Youth
Responsibilities:
Membership Strategy & Go-to-Market
- Take ownership of end-to-end membership projects, from strategy through execution, across the lifecycle - acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear initiatives, leading execution and ensuring alignment with the broader Youth Strategy.
- Support the Head of Membership in shaping strategy and act as a key thought partner in driving innovation.
Project Ownership & Team Leadership
- Independently lead high-impact projects, ensuring deliverables are met with quality and on time.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Senior Executives within the team, building capability and fostering a growth culture.
- Act as a bridge between management and the team. Aligning ground execution with leadership direction.
