At IRAS, you will shape the future of tax administration through data‑driven innovation and AI‑powered transformation. You will build intelligent, AI‑enabled products and solutions—from Generative AI to Agentic AI systems—to enhance taxpayer services, improve compliance, streamline operations, and deliver real impact to taxpayers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI Solutions: Design and deploy scalable, cost‑effective, robust, and production‑ready AI and data analytics solutions that transform business processes and create measurable value. Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders on complex AI or data‑related issues, and translate data into insights for operational and strategic decision‑making.
• Drive Innovation: Explore and implement emerging AI/analytical techniques such as Generative AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI systems to keep IRAS at the forefront of AI implementation.
