Role Overview As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Contracts in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will play a key role in a dynamic team that provides contract and procurement support in the development of school campuses.
Responsibilities - Conduct procurement of consultancy and construction services, and develop guidelines for the department in this area
- Review cost for school development projects to ensure proposed budgets and construction expenditures are value for money
- Develop and implement effective processes for proper contract administration within the department
- Administer contracts, including assessment of variation costs, verification of on-site work, evaluation of progress claims, and finalisation of accounts
- Engage schools, project teams, industry partners and other stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and understanding of contract and procurement policies and procedures
