            Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and guidance to clients in the MENA region throughout the entire sales lifecycle. 
Act as the primary technical subject matter expert, supporting the Sales team through all pre‑sales phases. 
Conduct thorough upfront qualification of merchant technical needs and infrastructure. 
Design, prepare, and lead technical and commercial workshops for prospective merchants. 
Provide critical technical and solution design inputs for high‑value proposals and complex RFP/RFI responses. 
Translate product, business, and technical requirements into concrete, viable, and efficient solution designs. 
Improve solution design quality, documentation, and technical communication with merchants. 
Requirements 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Pre‑Sales Consultant. 
Proven experience in technical client‑facing roles.
