City West Housing (CWH) is an independent not-for-profit housing provider with a focus on developing and delivering high quality, affordable rental housing, and communities where everyone can feel they belong. They own just under 1,000 quality apartments in prime locations that they rent to some 1,800 residents and their families on very low to moderate incomes. CWH invests deeply in the communities they serve, partnering with a wide range of organisations to strengthen communities and improve people’s lives.
  
Based in Pyrmont, CWH are the only affordable housing provider in New South Wales delivering the full spectrum of services from new housing development to tenancy management and community engagement.
