Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for assigned T&I and / or EPC projects in accordance with company procedures and P2P governance.
Lead procurement planning and execution in coordination with Project, Engineering, Construction, Logistics, and Finance teams.
Prepare and maintain Project Procurement Plans, schedules, and standard procurement reports.
Identify and deliver cost‑saving or cost‑avoidance opportunities, through effective sourcing strategies, commercial negotiations, market benchmarking, and alternative vendor solutions, where feasible and without compromising safety, quality, or schedule.
Ensure that commercial, contractual, technical, HSE, and quality requirements are flowed down to suppliers and subcontractors, where applicable and as defined in project and client contracts, in coordination with Project, Contracts, Legal, and Quality teams.
