Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to guide, mentor, and oversee program manager and cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide, mentor, and oversee program manager and cross‑functional teams.
• Define program roadmaps, implement initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and ROI.
• Lead multiple, complex projects from inception to completion, coordinating between Engineering, Planning, QA and Operations teams.
• Manage customer relations and maintain communication to customers on company commits and recovery plans.
• Establish strategic relationship with customer.
• Support customer’s day‑to‑day operation and shipments.
