Ismail Industries Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager Productions for one of its verticals Allume Solar Company Private Limited. The incumbent will lead manufacturing operations, drive production excellence, and ensure the efficient delivery of quality products while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all production operations to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual output targets.
• Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to ensure efficient execution of production plans.
• Ensure compliance with established SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements, and company policies across all production activities.
• Monitor and drive key production performance indicators, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), line efficiency, downtime, rejection rates, rework, scrap, and manpower productivity.
