**Description**

The role of Dr.Jart+ Product Marketing and Education Manager is an essential role in North America. This role not only develops the innovation calendar and product assortment strategy for the region, but the manager also will own all education strategy in the region.

Product Marketing Responsibilities:

+ Develop and execute winning portfolio growth strategy in skincare informed by deep knowledge of consumer, trends, competitor landscape, and business priorities
+ Manage innovation and hero commercialization strategy in partnership with the go-to- market Consumer Engagement team.
+ Lead A+ product launches in the region from start to finish. Responsibilities include:
