Manage assigned program tasks within budget and schedule; track progress to milestones.
Prioritize, plan, and distribute work to team members.
Coordinate workload with other product definition groups in Canada and Poland as needed.
Review and approve engineering change documentation.
Provide technical leadership and guidance as needed and ensure appropriate subject matter expertise is consulted to solve design or quality problems.
Be responsible for evaluating team and individual performance.
Support recruiting, hiring activities and development of team members.
Participate in / lead improvement initiatives within the product definition organization.
What do you need to be successful?
College degree in Engineering Technology with a minimum of 10 years of experience; or Engineering Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience. <...
