Position : -Pre clinical Manager (Drug Discovery R&D)

Roles &Responsibilities:
 

• Deep knowledge of Biological Target Ideation (Immunooncology and Oncology)
• Design and Execution of all biochemical assay related to Targets.
• Strong foundation in ADME, PK, PK/PD, and mechanistic DMPK.
• Provide expert input on metabolite profiling, drug–drug interactions (DDI), enzyme/transporter involvement, and clearance mechanisms.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations for nonclinical DMPK packages.
• Critically evaluate complex datasets and clearly communicate implications to project teams and senior leadership.
• Conduct In vivo  tolerability, exploratory toxicology, and preliminary doserange finding studies.
• Integrate toxicology data with PK, PD, and exposure information to assess safety risks and therapeutic index.
