Essential Functions:

+ Provide leadership and direction for FSQA Supervisor, FSQA Analysts, and Technicians in daily work activities to achieve business results.

+ Responsible for staffing and managing the performance of the FSQA team. Provide coaching and training to build the team’s capabilities.

+ Oversee all plant quality assurance and food safety programs; develop, maintain, and improve the HACCP, SSOP, and QCCP Programs.

+ Liaise with FSIS on regulatory issues affecting plant operations.
