We are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Manager, People Operations to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the VP, People & Culture, this role is responsible for overseeing the licensed employee lifecycle with a strong focus on onboarding, off‑boarding, licensing administration, and people reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes for branch employees to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience.
- Maintain employee records and support all aspects of employee lifecycle administration.
- Oversee credential management activities within internal broker management systems and external market portals.
- Manage insurance licensing processes and annual renewals while ensuring compliance with provincial regulatory requirements.
