This role ensures high-quality service delivery, strengthens client relationships, participates in pre‑sales activities, and delivers consistent performance across PeopleSoft technical and functional managed services engagements, while actively contributing to account growth and overall practice success. The successful candidate may also support additional Oracle Cloud engagements as a Client Success Manager.
