About this opportunity:
The Manager, Operations Technology (OT) Conventional provides leadership and strategic direction for OT, SCADA, automation, and measurement assurance across the Conventional business unit. This role is accountable for ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant operations while enabling improved efficiency, reduced downtime, and strong measurement and regulatory performance. The Manager integrates deep technical expertise with operational alignment and people leadership to support safe, optimized production and the long‑term modernization of Conventional OT systems.
This position can be located in Calgary, Grande Prairie, Edson, or Drayton Valley with approximately 25% travel required to conventional assets to provide direct mentorship, guidance, and operational support to site-based automation teams.
