Role Summary
Manage and improve local Local Shops operations through vendor management, optimising processes & best practices as well as developing a strong local operations team. Key focus is to drive operational efficiency to support sales and growth locally.
What's on your plate?
Accountable for local Local Shops operational performance including both commercial & operational KPI's.
Accountable for 3PL procurement including performance analysis and monthly invoices.
Accountable for picker performance UTR and hygiene as well as attendance.
In charge of local content team including scanning stores and menu discrepancies as per OKRs given.
Work with Head of Local Shops to shape the strategy/plan to achieve targets, ensuring regular reviews and pre-prioritisation.
