We are seeking an Operations Manager, South Region based in Saint John to manage staff and systems to meet performance requirements of the ambulance service for the South Region. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will assist with corporate strategic goals, build staff capabilities, and implement changes to improve service levels.

The position entails, but is not limited to the following:

• On‑call coverage for all required regions.
• Prioritizing customer/patient service.
• Successfully developing a customer/patient issue resolution process.
• Managing the administrative area and handling employee and labour issues.
