Manager, Operations Finance - Manufacturing

MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our manufacturing client to recruit a Manager, Operations Finance to support financial performance across multiple production facilities. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Continuous Improvement, helping drive profitability, cost transparency, and operational decision-making.

Some of what you will do:

Lead standard costing, inventory costing, and cost accounting processes across multiple manufacturing sites

Develop and maintain costing methodologies covering materials, labour, overhead, and inventory valuation

Support pricing decisions through profitability analysis and product cost validation

Analyze manufacturing variances and provide recommendations to improve operational performance
