About this role:

As the Manager of Financial Consulting, you willbe responsible forleading the financial consulting practice for all HUB Colorado’s Employee Benefitspractice. The focus is to provide analytics, financial analysis, and return on investment solutions primarily to self-funded and ASO clients. In addition, you will alsobe responsible formanaging all the Financial Consultants on your team.

You will work with or delegate team members to work with the various HUB Colorado offices, EB Sales Executives, Account Executives, and clients toassistwith the delivery and presentation of cost management data and associated solutions that provide bottom line impact. You will play a consultative role in large prospect RFP presentations and client renewal presentations where and whenappropriate.
