Review, manage and deliver multiple complex engagements, including accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax mandates

Review complex corporate, personal, partnership and trust tax returns

Resolve semi-complex technical issues and escalate unresolved complex issues to the appropriate person

Possess the reflexes to look for tax planning opportunities

Be aware of mandate terms such as budget and deadlines and work within these parameters

Understand overall objectives of client mandates and client expectations

Ensure client issues and/or opportunities are communicated to engagement principals and partners

Ensure team and resources are appropriately managed to support profitability of the business

Identify client needs on current engagements and propose value-added solutions

Ensure team is aware of changes in tax laws and accounting pronouncements<...
