**Description**



Plans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care, the performance of assigned staff, and unit management 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, for designated clinical area(s). Works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care across the continuum. Minimal supervision required.

**Required Qualifications:**



+ Coursework/Training: Meet the criteria to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the State of Texas.
