What The Role Is You are responsible for the deployment of National Servicemen (NSFs) in the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN). You manage RSN National Service (NS) generation and training systems, and oversee the end-to-end deployment of NSFs throughout their full-time National Service.
What You Will Be Working On - Manage RSN National Service generation and training systems to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
- Conduct analysis of KPI results to identify watch areas and underlying reasons for underperformance
- Plan and manage the posting of NSFs to suitable units and appointments upon completion of vocational training
- Propose re-deployment plans for NSF course drop-outs
