This role drives process optimization, productivity improvement, and cost reduction while ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.
Operations support: ME Process and Test
Support uptime & availability of production equipment
Drive productivity improvement activities
Support scrap reduction opportunities
Manage maintenance budget
Support failure analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions
Support VAVE cost saving process
Mfg Process and Test development for New programs
Support new business pursuit activities
Support new product development (ADP, PDP) with manufacturing expertise
