As the **Manager, Maintenance Excellence** for our Wood River Refinery, you will lead maintenance and cost performance efforts that keep our people safe and our assets running reliably. You will guide a team and cross-functional partners to improve maintenance work processes, optimize cost and quality, and drive continuous improvement across the site.
