To deliver major RE initiatives in order to spur growth and sustainability of NED's investments through effective legal & regulatory management, advisory and compliance.

Accountability & Responsibility

• To manage, on behalf of NED, legal due diligence for transactions.
• Formulate process and protocols to identify risks associated with transactions.

Post Transaction

• To manage completion of post-transaction matters relating to legal matters.

Asset Management

• To manage legal aspect on matters relating to agreements such as shareholder, sales and purchase and project documents.
• To assist in reviewing existing agreements and give critical insights on any operational issues relating to the executed agreements for improvement purposes.
