The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, establishing, and managing a training center that supports organizational capability building. This role focuses on creating learning strategies, developing training infrastructure, and implementing programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead the end-to-end setup of the training center (facilities, systems, processes, governance)
• Define learning frameworks, competency models, and career development pathways
• Establish policies, SOPs, and quality standards for training delivery
