Position Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Manager – Labour Compliance to drive end-to-end labour law / code compliance across locations and vendor operations in an IT services environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring statutory adherence, strengthening compliance governance, managing audits, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to proactively identify and close compliance gaps pertaining to Labour Codes. The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws, experience in multi-location operations, and the ability to independently manage compliance execution.
