Job Summary

As the Manager of IT Infrastructure at Creative Chaos, you will oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring a secure, efficient, and scalable environment. You will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals, managing infrastructure projects, and supporting the overall IT strategy aligned with business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and lead the IT infrastructure team to ensure reliability and performance of all IT systems
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments
• Develop and implement infrastructure policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain high levels of security and compliance
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for infrastructure products and services
