Job Purpose:

This role should have a strong design sensibility, leadership acumen and hands-on experience managing high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial interior projects. This role requires someone who can guide a team of 8–10 designers, uphold design quality, and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the interior design team from concept to execution across multiple luxury interior projects.
• Review, refine, and approve design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material selections.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams to understand briefs and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Supervise detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications in coordination with technical and project teams.
