Overview: The Asset Management Department oversees the strategic planning of the Town’s municipal infrastructure portfolio, ensuring performance is maintained and service risks are managed cost‑effectively. The Director of Corporate Asset Management leads this position, which provides leadership and strategic direction for a comprehensive corporate asset management program, including asset planning, lifecycle analysis, risk assessment, annual capital budgeting, and asset inventory management in compliance with Ontario Regulation 588/17 and the Corporate Asset Management Strategy.
