**Job Description**
BAE Systems is looking for a Maintenance Manager I to join our CMS team with primary oversight of manufacturing maintenance activities. As a Maintenance Manager I, you will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance performance at the Aiken, SC site with a focus on:

+ Lead, manage, and supervise the workforce crafts, vendors, and contractors on multiple shifts responsible for maintaining and repairing site infrastructure and equipment.
+ Maintain positive and productive working relationships with Operations Leadership and the workforce. Support site customers by working in a safe, customer-centric manner.
+ Ability to attract, retain and develop talent and execute a cohesive strategy to create in inclusive culture and build and engaged workforce. Ensure necessary training and qualifications for maintenance personnel.
