As part of the CHRO Office, the Manager – HR will serve as a strategic partner to the CHRO by driving people insights, workforce analytics, and data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. The role is responsible for developing and monitoring HR dashboards, analyzing workforce trends, measuring HR effectiveness, and delivering actionable recommendations that support talent, organizational, and business strategies.
