Lead a HR shared service team to provide HR operational support to all institutions in accordance with our service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Employee lifecycle administration after onboarding, specifically contract management services that include probation confirmation, employee transfer, redesignation, conversion of employment contract terms, retirement and re-employment.
Responsible for driving HR system enhancement and projects that leverage on technology to achieve work efficiency for the department.
