Employee Relations Management
- Serve as primary liaison for employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring concerns are addressed through established channels.
- Champion a fair and consistent disciplinary framework that aligns with corporate governance and legal obligations.
- Lead investigation and resolutions of workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary cases with impartiality and precision.
- Partner with Legal and HR professionals to ensure compliance with corporate policies and legislative mandates.
Policy Development & Training for General Conduct and Discipline
