Walmart Seafood Sourcing focuses on building a resilient, cost‑competitive supply across markets by strengthening factory‑level partnerships and expanding direct sourcing and transparency. The team is executing a Direct Sourcing Model to improve efficiency, traceability, and quality, while diversifying countries of origin and leveraging scale across Walmart and Sam’s Club.
