            Responsibilities Support the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives 
Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to identify potential opportunities and strategic trends 
Assist in financial analysis, valuation, and business case development, including financial modeling and scenario analysis 
Support preparation of investment materials and internal approval papers for senior management and board discussions 
Coordinate and support due diligence activities across financial, commercial, legal, tax, operational, and technical workstreams 
Assist in managing external advisors including investment banks, consultants, legal counsel, and accounting firms 
Support transaction execution activities including data room management, tracking of action items, and coordination across internal stakeholders
