The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is seeking a Manager, Finance Business Partner, International Franchise based in Malaysia. This role will serve as the primary finance and commercial business partner to assigned franchise markets, supporting business performance, strategic growth, and franchise development initiatives.
You will work closely with franchisees and cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights, drive performance improvement, evaluate growth opportunities, and support key commercial decisions. The individual will also be responsible for financial planning, performance reporting, business reviews, and strategic projects that support the continued expansion of our international franchise business.
This position will report directly to the Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner, International Franchise.
