As a Fund Operations Manager, you will lead a team of analysts performing daily/monthly review of components of NAV (Net Asset Value) and daily ETF Operations. You enjoy working in a dynamic, high volume and fast-paced operations environment and be an integral part of managing a team with a focus on supporting growing ETF capabilities within Fidelity and industry.
The Skills You Bring
Validated experience with Fund Accounting, Operations and understanding of the ETF industry. An ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, fast paced environment. Knowledge and experience with PCF creation, Collateral management, AP/order management and Daily NAV calculation. Strong communication abilities with various levels of management and business partners. Change Management mentality to recommend changes to systems, processes, responsibilities, and reporting.
