**_Purpose_**

Contributes to the overall success of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Europe function by providing oversight and analytical support across non-financial risk management (including reputational risk), with a primary focus on risk control, governance and policy management.

The incumbent will also provide support in other areas of non-financial risk management as required.

**_Accountabilities_**

The primary responsibilities include:

+ Producing and coordinating the EXCO/CRO reporting including:

+ RAF metrics update
+ Strategic risk dashboard (UK)
+ reputational risk dashboard
+ Top and Emerging risk dashboard
