In this role, you will:
Support the Director, Operational Resilience, in the execution of the Enterprise program for Operational Resilience, led by the SVP, Enterprise Operations Resilience in Global Technology. Work closely with the Director and Lead, Operational Resilience, on supporting the execution of the identification of Critical Operations (COs) and the mapping of people, premises, processes, vendors and technology against COs. Once this is complete, consolidating identified vulnerabilities and outlining coordinated remediation efforts.Oversee the creation and sustainment of key channels to inform key stakeholders.Support the development of governance materials including RMC and ORC committee updates, the Operational Resilience Executive Steerco, and ensures the timely documentation and distribution of these materials.Support in the creation of enterprise templates for the Operational Res...
