The candidate must have experience in a reputable firm providing, Corporate Finance, Transactions and Restructuring Services, and interested in a long term career in the profession.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Prepares or reviews reports, documentation and correspondence.
Keeps up-to-date with latest accounting, auditing and corporate finance developments.
Supervises a number of assignments at the same time and manages overlaps between assignments, meeting deadlines with or without assistance.
Keeps control of overtime levels worked by junior staff on assignments.
Provides leadership, guidance and counselling to a group of staff, actively developing staff through general support and continuous assessment.
Identifies statutory and regulatory changes that will affect own clients.
