Lead the development, implementation and continuous enhancement of MBSB Group’s culture and employee engagement strategy to strengthen organisational effectiveness, employee experience, leadership behaviours and business performance.
Drive the integration of myPledge Core Actions & Behaviours (CAB) into leadership practices, people processes and business operations while providing strategic oversight, governance and advisory support for culture transformation initiatives across the Group.

Lead Group-wide Culture Transformation Strategy
Develop and execute culture transformation roadmap aligned with Group strategy and Flight26 aspirations.
Define culture priorities, initiatives and governance framework.
Advise senior leadership on culture-related matters and interventions
