Support group companies in Southeast Asia and India, especially in the areas of business management, business planning and strategic activities.
Governance and monitoring against the business performance of the group companies: including but not limited to Sales, Profit/Embedded Value, Solvency position, Agency performance and key GCs initiatives’ progress (monthly / quarterly / annually).
Review GCs’ Ad Hoc Strategic Project that requires shareholder’s funds or capital. Examples of projects includes but not limited to: M&A, new distribution channels, new product lines, new reinsurance arrangements, new investment initiatives and updates in IT core system change.
Support the attendees of Board of Directors meeting held at the group companies.
