Funding Requirements
Manage corporate exercise (bonds issuance or corporate term loans) and financing initiatives (for project financing) undertaken by MISC Group of Companies. The task includes:
Compile and evaluate proposals from banks for project financing or corporate term loan from response to Request for Proposals (RFP);
Ensure necessary Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) Foreign Exchange Administration (FEA) rulings are met;
Propose the most tax efficient financing structure per Tax’s advice;
Prepare proposal paper to management or Board of Directors in seeking approval...
