Adcorp is seeking an experienced Manager: Risk & Compliance to provide senior-level operational leadership and continuity to our Risk & Compliance function during a key transition period.
This role is ideal for a seasoned governance professional who thrives in complex environments, exercises sound judgement, and can confidently manage sensitive risk, ethics, compliance and assurance matters with independence and discretion.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining governance continuity, overseeing whistleblowing investigations, supporting enterprise risk management, coordinating audit activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
