Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic pipeline growth across Comminution and Process Equipment product lines
  • Achieve annual order intake targets while maintaining gross margins above 20%
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to project handover
  • Compile and present high-quality technical proposals and tender documents
  • Manage commercial and legal risk on large capital tenders (R15m+)
  • Conduct site visits, plant assessments, and technical audits
  • Identify new market segments and grow the customer base
  • Mentor and provide leadership to the sales team
Experience & Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Process Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field
  • 812 years of capital equipment sales experience in Mining or Minerals Processing
