Job Summary

The Meat & Seafood Buyer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory of fresh and frozen meat and seafood products. This role focuses on supplier negotiations, product quality, pricing optimization, and compliance with food safety standards. The buyer works closely with merchandising, operations, and logistics teams to ensure consistent product availability, reduce waste, and meet customer demand.
