Job Summary This role is to lead COO T&O and CIO ISD (Information, Security & Data) as the Head of Strategy and Business Management. The role is to support the COO & CIO ISD Management Team by providing critical analysis and insight into the strategy, performance and risk profile of the function.
Strategy - Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and T&O Strategy
- Support development of strategy work for T&O Organization in close alignment with technology architecture and operations.
- Location strategy. Working with GBS and T&I Senior Management to bring transparency and visibility on individual location strategies.
Business - Responsible for the delivery and execution of the COO & CIO(ISD) Strategy along with the associated organisational factors such as headcount and location strategy.
