We don't do timesheets, we don't chase a high-volume book of sole-trader returns, and we don't do property/LTC churn. We focus on getting things done well, for clients we actually add value to.

This is one of the most important roles in our business - a largely self-managing role, built around three core functions with quality control running through all of it:

• Team management - leading, supporting and developing the team
• Workflow management - keeping jobs tracked, prioritised and delivered on time
• Tax management - owning the tax function so obligations and IRD deadlines are met accurately and on time
